(1) HSMS Weekly Database Maintenance Activity from 25 Jun to 04 Oct (Inclusive)
Please be informed that the HSMS will undergo weekly database maintenance activities on Sundays from 9.00AM to 7.00PM starting from 25 Jun 2026 to 04 Oct 2026 to ensure continuity of service reliability and responsiveness.
During this time, HSMS Portal services will remain available but users may experience slowness/timeouts due to ongoing activity in the database.
Kindly reach out to MOH_SUPPORT@cognizant.com and MT_SUPPORT@cognizant.com should you encounter any issues during this period.
(2) Important notice for LTC users
Please ensure that you retrieve your client's latest LTC & SMF means-test and/or subsidy information from NMTS only through the "Query Latest MT Result" or "Subsidy Change Report (New)" modules for billing purposes.
Note: Client's latest MT exemption status can only be retrieved via "Query Latest MT Result" module.
(3) NMTS Enquiry Channel Update
The NMTS enquiry process is being streamlined for faster turnaround times.
