(1) System Maintenance for New Means Test System (NMTS) Portal

NMTS Scheduled Downtime: 09 May 2026, 14:00 SGT – 10 May 2026 15:00 SGT

NMTS Portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance activity on 9 May 2026 from 14:00 SGT to 18:00 SGT. If issues are encountered, the maintenance window may be extended to no later than 10 May 2026, 15:00 SGT.

The activity covers infrastructure patching, API refresh, webservice and portal updates.

Service Providers are strongly advised to schedule activities to minimise disruption during the downtime.

(2) Important notice for LTC users


Please ensure that you retrieve your client's latest LTC & SMF means-test and/or subsidy information from NMTS only through the "Query Latest MT Result" or "Subsidy Change Report (New)" modules for billing purposes.

Note: Client's latest MT exemption status can only be retrieved via "Query Latest MT Result" module.


(3) NMTS Enquiry Channel Update


The NMTS enquiry process is being streamlined for faster turnaround times.
  • From 1 Jan 2026, please submit new NMTS enquiries via https://for.sg/ask-nmts
  • You are strongly encouraged to use this channel rather than the MOHH NMTS Admin email address to ensure your enquiry receives prompt attention
