(1) NMTS Downtime for Long-Term Care (LTC) Cohort-Based Subsidy Enhancements

NMTS Scheduled Downtime: 30 Jun 2026, 18:00 SGT (Tuesday) – 6 Jul 2026, 08:00 SGT (Monday)

Please be informed that the NMTS will undergo system maintenance to support the:
• Implementation of cohort-based subsidy rates for Residential (RES) and Non-Residential (NR) schemes, and
• Increase in monthly Per Capita Household Income (PCHI) eligibility threshold for all LTC schemes subsidies

The following ILTC & SMF modules will be affected during this period. Access may be restored earlier than 6 Jul 2026, 08:00 SGT, should the enhancement be completed ahead of schedule:

Means Testing:
· Query Latest Means Test
Reports:
· MT Transaction Report
· Subsidy Change Report (New)
· Download Report Queue

Service Providers are strongly advised to schedule activities to minimise disruption during the downtime.

· IMPORTANT: Service Providers are advised to hold billing for the duration of the downtime and must query for the client’s latest means-test results before resuming billing from 6 Jul 2026 8.00AM.

· Service Providers should use ILTC & SMF > Means Testing > Query Latest MT or LTC & SMF > Reports > Subsidy Change Report (New) modules for billing purposes.

· We understand that Service Providers will be unable to access the “New Admission” button in NMTS during this downtime. Once the affected NMTS modules are restored, Service Providers should proceed to click on the "New Admission" button for clients admitted into each of the new LTC services at the next earliest opportunity. Please note that for Service Providers who perform billing on a monthly basis, you may effect the subsidies accordingly for the entire billing month, but no earlier than the date the client entered to the new LTC service.
