• Means Testing:
• Query Latest Means Test
• Reports:
• MT Transaction Report
• Subsidy Change Report (New)
• Download Report Queue

Service Providers are strongly advised to schedule activities to minimise disruption during the downtime.

• Service providers are advised to hold billing for the duration of the extended
  downtime for SMF Consumables subsidies to ensure that the latest results are
  retrieved on 3 Apr 2026 for billing.
• Service Providers should use: ILTC & SMF > Means Testing > Query Latest MT
  Result and ILTC & SMF > Reports > Subsidy Change Report (New) modules for
  billing purposes.
